I first used Eliazar to install a double towel rack in the master bathroom. The contractor who did the remodel drilled only one hole into the ceramic tile and the rack was unstable. This was a difficult job for it involved drilling holes through ceramic tile without breaking the tile. Eliazar has the can-do-it attitude and knowledge of the tools and skills to carry out this and other home repairs. More recently, Eliazar and a colleague removed the old rear door in my condo and installed a new door. A new steel door and frame were ordered from Home Depot but the frame size, which was not specified on their website, was several inches too large and the door had a scratch. Eliazar and his colleague accompanied me to Home Depot to return the door. Then he went over with me to the door department where we were lucky to find an employee with expert knowledge of doors and who immediately knew what we wanted and took us to the right door. Moreover, I saved $550! Eliazar again demonstrated his knowledge, skills and professionalism with installation of the new frame and door. The door and locks were perfectly aligned, trim was filled into open spaces, and the exterior and interior sides of the door and frame were prepared and painted. Just look at the photos!!
